Horkanos Complex

Bar Orian Architects were in a negotiation process with the Tel Aviv municipality about moving the building boundary line of the inner courtyard inward, under the balcony, to gain more square space to build a small club for its residents, including a gym and a small spa zone.

The purpose of the visual was to create a pleasant image where the residents and their guests could enjoy themselves in case the building rights were eased.
